Friday Favourites – CloudMagic, Scoop. It!, Ransom Note Generator

Richard Branson Thumbs UpEvery Friday I try to post my favourites links to cool content and tools that I’ve found or had recommended to me.

Cool stuff I’ve found this week, ending January 25th, 2013:-

  • CloudMagic – magically find anything when you need it the most. Plugs into and searches across GMail, Facebook, Twitter, Dropbox, Evernote, Outlook and many other apps – allowing a unified search from one location. Very powerful. Thanks Matt Barton of Ostrich IT for the link!
  • Scoop. It! – Get regular inspiration for and curate your own content around subjects you like.! pulls in content from around the web based on keywords you specify, and then you can easily “scoop” articles to share with others. For instance, check out my SMB IT Managed Services content.
  • Ransom Note Generator – cutting out letters from newspapers to create your ransom notes can be such a chore. The ransom note generator can save you time and effort, producing beautiful ransom notes every time! A bit of fun, but check out how New Jersey based Baroan Technologies have used it to advertise their CIO service.

Any cool content or tools to share with me? Contact me and I if I feature them in my blog, I’ll be sure to give you credit!

Have a great weekend! Smile
