Using Microsoft Ask The Experts for Business Technology Advice

I’m thrilled to have been invited by Microsoft UK to be one of the handful of UK contributors to their new “Ask The Experts” Facebook page! The site, an ongoing experiment, went live last week and can be found at http://www.facebook.com/AskTheExpertsMicrosoft Ask The Experts Screenshot

Whilst there are a lot of resources out there aimed at answering Technical queries, the goal behind this new page is to provide a method for Small Businesses to ask questions of Industry experts, primarily on a business level.

Business Advice

So less “My Outlook is broken” and more “How can I use Outlook to manage my e-mails better?”

Microsoft are often accused of putting a lot of effort into engaging with their Partners and IT Professionals, but not doing as well at engaging with end-users and prospective clients. Therefore I think this is a great step in the right direction from Microsoft, and is to be applauded!

Are you a Small Business owner or employee with a question on how Technology could help your business? Then feel free to Ask The Experts!
