- Operations — The delivery of services to clients and the day-to-day running of your business
- Sales & Marketing — Attracting new clients and winning new business
- Building Relationships — Creating meaningful alliances with your clients, suppliers, peers and the wider business world.
For each of these areas of business, I provided practical, real-world actionable tips and techniques that you can implement within your MSP business.
Who is CompTIA?
If you’re unaware of CompTIA and you run an IT business, then they are well worth your time learning about.
Most people will be aware of CompTIA as the vendor-neutral certification body behind the A+ certification, amongst others.
CompTIA is also a non-profit trade association serving as the voice of the information technology industry. In addition to professional certifications, CompTIA provides educational programs, research, networking events, philanthropy and public policy advocacy. In short, CompTIA is dedicated to helping advance the IT industry.
