Every Friday I try to share one of my favourite finds of the week – a web-site, tool or app that has impressed me.

My Friday Favourite this week is Qaster – search for questions and answers on Twitter.

Search for Questions and Answers on Twitter

Qaster - Search for Questions and Answers on TwitterThere are many questions being asked on Twitter — there are approximately 500 Million tweets posted every day and 5 Million of them are Q&A related posts — and Qaster is a web tool that makes it very simple for you to search and find information from Q’n’A conversations on Twitter.

You can start using Qaster by searching for any topic, question, phrase, etc and then browsing through the results. Click on a result to see more information. Share any conversation by using the icons at the top of each page.

Questions and Answers for Business

For businesses, there’s a clear opportunity in using Qaster to seek out discussions around topics you can add value to. If somebody is asking a question about Office 365, you can easily find the discussion with Qaster and offer advice.

I think Qaster is also very useful to help businesses understand the questions people are asking around a certain topic, and then provide content (blogs, Podcasts, videos) on that topic. If one person is asking the question, other’s will be too!

Using Qaster

Qaster requires no sign-up, is free to use and you don’t even need a Twitter account. Just visit and get started!

You can find Qaster on Twitter and Qaster on Facebook.
