I simply can’t afford to do that a lot but I’m a nice guy and don’t want to say no, so I created a function where people can sign up for my time for a low fee.

How does it work?

Our session will be a super-focused 40-minute MSP Consultancy video call with no waffle, no filler — just you and I getting straight to the heart of the challenges you’re currently wrestling with.

What’s involved?
✅ Before the call, I’ll send you a questionnaire. This will help me understand your business and make sure we’re ready to hit the ground running when we speak.
✅ During the call, you’ll have the opportunity to ask me anything and everything you need to. I’ll share openly and honestly to help you get the answers you need.
✅ At the end of the call, you’ll have the practical advice and guidance you need to go forward, overcome your current hurdles and grow your MSP business.
Our time together doesn’t finish there, though! After the call, I’ll send you an email containing some follow-up observations and resources that can help you further. I’ll also give you the opportunity to ask any follow-up questions you may have.
All calls are recorded and sent to you in MP3 format, so you can listen to them back at your leisure.

About Me

As the former owner of a Managed Service Provider (MSP) myself, I’ve been there, done that and wrote the book (literally!).

On a day-to-day basis, I now advise business owners on how to avoid the mistakes that I made when I ran my MSP business (and there were a lot of them!).
