Every Friday I try to share one of my favourite finds of the week – a website, tool or app that has impressed me.

My Friday Favourite this week is the Culture Creation Canvas — a tool to enable you to create and assess your company culture visually.

What is it?

The Culture Creation Canvas is a free tool which provides step by step instructions on how you can start defining your businesses culture more clearly.

How Can It Help Me?

Many businesses struggle to explain what their overarching mission is, or how they can achieve it. Defining your culture allows your business to grow by providing your employees with a mission, something that they believe in and which energises them.

The Culture Creation Canvas helps you define your business culture.

How Much Does It Cost?

It’s free to use.

Where Can I Get It?

You can register to download The Culture Creation Canvas for free.

EDIT:- 02.09.17 – Unfortunately, it looks like the Culture Creation Canvas has been withdrawn. You might try TinyPulse instead.

EDIT:- 10.06.20 – Reader Damien Foord has kindly provided an uploaded version of the Culture Creation Canvas. Click here and view it.
